TUBES & PIPES :
In this extreme competitive field of Tubes & Pipes,
K-2 SSA performs to give optimum results. In categories
of Welded & Seamless Tubes & Pipes with addition
of 0.5%-0.75% of the total volume of the bath of HF:HN03:H2O,
it increases the efficiency of the bath by almost 15-20%
in terms of more production, through descaling of internals
& externals is done inturn making it more easier for
- redrawing into smaller sizes, addition of acids is gradually
decreased, lastly a uniform smooth finish is obtained
on the surface of tubes & pipes

STRIPS & SHEETS :
With only 2-3 giant Stainless Steel Producers in the Country,
K-2 SSA is readily accepted as a value added product for its unique
features of Fume Suppressor making environment more user friendly,
to give extra brighter & lustorous finish to the surface of
steel thereby not allowing the acids to eat up the metal, with
this feature over-pitting problem is avoided and simultaneously
a uniform satin finish is observed on the surface of steel, lastly
with K-2 SSA there is substantial saving s on Metal Loss by 0.25-0.50%
on the production in pickling process.

COILS / RODS & BARS :
K-2 SSA's performance is equally the same as above industries,
but considering the Ferritic S.S. Grades, finish obtained
is equivalent to austenitic grades. While reacting with ferrite
grades it works very nicely as the working atmosphere
is quite pleasant due to suppression of heavy NOX Fumes
generated in pickling process. Thus with addition of between
0.5-1.0% of K-2 SSA in total volume of bath in regular
intervals, the above features can be achieved with an
outstanding proven result of savings on metal loss by
0.22-0.26% of the total production per month.
